Our Story

SleepCalcu.com is founded in 2025 by a team of sleep researchers, medical professionals, and technology experts who recognized a critical gap in accessible sleep health tools. After years of working in sleep medicine clinics and research facilities, our founders saw firsthand how proper sleep timing could transform lives.

The idea for Sleep Calculator emerged from a simple observation: while sleep cycles have been studied for decades, most people still don't understand how to apply this knowledge to their daily lives.
